Challenge: Face Foundrié needed a solution to enhance customer experience, drive repeat bookings, and increase membership conversions.
Solution: I developed a 4-email post appointment nurture sequence. I used conversational and friendly copy that reflected the brand's approachable luxury positioning.
An additional benefit of this sequence is that it can be expanded to add more emails. This will add more touchpoints with the customer.
Email 1: Confirms the appointment with clear details and helpful tips to prep for the first appointment. The confirmation email is often a missed opportunity to connect with the customer.
Email 2 Requests feedback with a 10% discount incentive to encourage reviews and repeat visits.
Email 3 Introduces a referral program that rewards both the client and their friends. Turning satisfied customers into brand advocates.
Email 4 Presents membership options as the natural next step for maintaining their glow. Positioning it as "self-care on auto-pilot" with clear benefits and flexible terms.
